Romans 1 shines the light on "their" sin. That's easy to do. Romans 2 shines the light on our sin. That gets a little more uncomfortable. Romans 1 is about prodigal son and daughter sinners. Romans 2 is about elder brother and daughter sinners. Both need Jesus.
