Leadership

Pastor Scott Stephan and Karen have been married for 27 years and have two children, Sarah Furrow and Sam Stephan.  Sarah is married to Josh and they have a son, Isaac.   After graduating from Western Theological Seminary, Pastor Scott came to CrossView in July of 2005.

Josh has been the Director of Youth Ministries for our Middle and High School Youth Groups since November of 2023. He is passionate about developing relationships with the youth in the community and helping them establish a foundation for their faith in Jesus. He serves with his wife, Sarah, and their son, Isaac.

Carla DuMont has been the Administrative Assistant for CrossView Church since July, 2023.  She lives in Fulton with her husband, Guy, her dogs, Gracie Lynn and Hanna, and her goats, Jack-Jack and Emmett. Outside of work, Carla enjoys fishing, furniture restoration, and spending time with her family.

Karen has been the Family Night Coordinator for PreK-5th grades since June of 2019. She enjoys teaching the children in our church and community about how much God loves them and how to share God's love with others. She and her husband, Jeff, farm in rural Fulton along with their four kids, Emily, Grant, Brooke and Grace.

Abby Temple has been leading the Coffee Break group since 2021. She loves the opportunity to study God's Word and grow in faith with other women in the community on a weekly basis. She lives on a farm with her husband, Doug, and their four kids, Katelyn, Alyssa, Hannah and Connor.

Karen is happily married to Pastor Scott Stephan.  They have two adult children, Sarah and Sam, and son-in-law, Josh Furrow and grandson, Isaac, who live in Fulton. Karen is a retired reading and special education teacher.  She loves children, spending time with her family, reading, working at Rooted Boutique in Fulton and spending time outside in nature.
